Rapid Index Check

Privacy Policy

Last updated: June 28, 2026

1. Introduction

Rapid Index Check ("we", "our", or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our website and tools.

2. Information We Collect

URLs you submit: When you use our checking tools, you submit URLs for analysis. We do not store these URLs permanently. They are processed in real-time and discarded immediately after the check is complete.

IP addresses: We use IP addresses for rate limiting purposes only. We store anonymous daily check counts per IP address to enforce fair usage limits. We do not store IP addresses permanently or use them for tracking or profiling.

Waitlist submissions: If you join a paid-plan waitlist, we store the email address you provide, the plan you selected, the submission source, and timestamps so we can notify you when paid plans are available. You can request removal by contacting [email protected].

No cookies: We do not use cookies or similar tracking technologies on our website.

Analytics: We use privacy-friendly analytics from Cloudflare Web Analytics and Plausible to measure page views, referrers, paths, device/browser information, country-level location, and Core Web Vitals. These analytics tools do not use advertising cookies and are designed not to collect personal information for cross-site tracking. You can learn more at cloudflare.com/web-analytics and plausible.io/data-policy.

3. How We Use Information

We use information solely for:

  • Providing the URL checking service
  • Enforcing rate limits to prevent abuse
  • Managing paid-plan waitlist requests
  • Maintaining service security and stability

4. Data Retention

URL check data is not retained. Rate limit counters are stored as anonymous daily counts and expire automatically after 24 hours.

Waitlist submissions are retained until paid plans launch, you ask us to remove your entry, or we no longer need the information for waitlist management.

5. Third-Party Services

Third-Party Services: We use Cloudflare for hosting, security, performance, and privacy-friendly web analytics. Cloudflare may process request and device information to provide these services. Please refer to Cloudflare's Privacy Policy for details.

6. Your Rights

Since we do not store personal data, there is no personal data to access, modify, or delete. If you have questions about our data practices, please contact us.

7. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify users of significant changes by updating the "Last updated" date at the top of this page.
