1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using Rapid Index Check ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, please do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

Rapid Index Check provides tools for checking public technical signals related to URL indexability. The Service does not provide guaranteed or official Google index status. Results are based on public signals and are approximate.

3. No Guarantees

We do not guarantee that any URL will be indexed by Google or any other search engine. The Service provides diagnostic information only. For official index status, use Google Search Console or other official tools provided by search engines.

4. Usage Limits

Free usage is limited to 50 checks per day per IP address. Bulk checks are limited to 10 URLs per request. We reserve the right to adjust these limits and to suspend or terminate access for abuse, excessive usage, or activities that harm the Service.

5. Prohibited Activities

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to violate any laws or regulations
  • Attempt to bypass rate limits or access controls
  • Use automated tools, bots, or scrapers without authorization
  • Submit URLs you do not have permission to check
  • Interfere with the proper functioning of the Service
  • Resell or repackage the Service without written permission

6. Intellectual Property

All content, design, and functionality of the Service are owned by Rapid Index Check and protected by intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, distribute, or create derivative works without our permission.

7. Disclaimer of Warranties

THE SERVICE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT RESULTS WILL BE ACCURATE OR RELIABLE.

8. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, RAPID INDEX CHECK SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.

10. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Delaware, USA, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
