Refund Policy

1. Overview

Rapid Index Check offers free usage for up to 50 checks per day and paid access through Creem checkout. This Refund Policy applies to paid Pro 30-Day Pass and Lifetime purchases.

2. Free Usage

All users can use Rapid Index Check for free, subject to the daily rate limit. No refunds are applicable for free usage.

3. Future Paid Plans

Paid plans are processed by Creem. Refunds are handled according to the following principles:

• Refunds requested within 14 days of purchase may be eligible for a full refund if the service was not used significantly.
• Refunds for technical issues will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.
• Subscription cancellations will stop future billing but may not result in a refund for the current billing period.

Refund requests should be sent to [email protected] with the account email and payment details. We do not store full card numbers.
